365 DAYS OF PRAYER FOR AMERICA Day 296 If PRAYER is changing me, PRAYER can change AMERICA! PRAYER WILL CAUSE THE CHURCH TO GROW When we, as church members, will be “continuing instant in prayer” the church will begin to mature and grow. Start praying using a prayer list of the members of your Church. Begin a prayer group with people who are hungry for GOD! Begin to fast at least a meal a week, then “sanctify” your own fast for at least one day each week! Set aside seasons of fasting. I am asking for you to be a part of a Seven Day Fast for the Harvest. Obviously, this is a season linking us with the joy of reaping. I usually do a “water and juice” fast during this sacred time!! Abraham prayed and brought GOD’S promises to realities for his needs. Elijah prayed and brought down fire from heaven to roast the lamb, and a stormy downpour brought the land back from a disastrous drought. Daniel prayed and a protecting Angel was dispatched from glory to shut the mouths of the lions. Paul prayed and prison walls were shaken like an earthquake and the jailer was saved!! Luther prayed and the gates of Rome shook and common people rejoiced, “The just shall live by faith!” John Knox prayed and Queen Mary trembled and Scotland fell to its knees in repentance!! John Wesley prayed and England cried out to GOD for salvation!! Mueller prayed and the bountiful hand of GOD sustained great orphanages! IF WE PRAY, GOD CAN CHANGE AMERICA!! FOR “If MY People, who are called by MY Name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and will turn from their wicked way, THEN will I hear from Heaven and will heal their land.” PLEASE PRAY FOR AMERICA!!!
