365 Days of Thankfulness - Day 364: Second only to The Father, The King of Kings and Lord of Lords - Jesus Christ. Who but for the Joy set before Him, endured the cross, bearing my sin and shame. Because of my sin He was crucified, and if I were the only one He still would have gone to the cross, leaving the rest for me. Because of His love for, and His obedience to, the Father, he became one like us, not holding on to His rightful place with the Trinity, humbled Himself, endured affliction, ridicule, and death. He is Too Wonderful for me, for any of us. God help me to live a life that honors your sacrifice each and every moment, with each and every breath I take....Now how about You?
