37 Street S.W. Storm Trunk Relocation Project Open House As part of preparation work for the Southwest Calgary Ring Road, the existing South Richmond Storm Trunk, which crosses through Tsuu T’ina lands, is being relocated. The City will construct the replacement storm trunk within the Transportation and Utility Corridor and 37 St S.W. right-of-way, from south of Lakeview Drive to a new discharge point in the Elbow River. The alignment and construction schedule is fixed, but The City would like to receive information and feedback from the community as it relates to construction logistics and ways we can alleviate disruptions. Please join the City of Calgary on Monday, February 2, 2015 at the Lakeview Community Association Community Hall (6110 34 St. S.W.) to view the proposed design and speak with the project team. If you are not able to attend the information session, the City recommends staying informed by visiting calgary.ca/stormtrunk .
