38 years ago, today, my best friend and I married. We certainly had our share of ups and downs over the years, but I wouldnt trade a minute spent with him by my side for all the gold in the world. I have always said I dont know what I did to deserve him, but I am sure glad I did it. He has been the best husband ever. We raised 2 beautiful daughters together and he was right there with me loving, spending time with and spoiling our 3 grandsons, and now a great granddaughter. There has never been a better father or grandfather to children that werent his blood relation. At this stage in our lives we thought we would only have great grandkids to spoil, but have recently found out we will be new grandparents all over again. We are so blessed that this awesome Pop Pop will finally have a grandchild related by blood. Thank you, dear, for putting up with me all these years and I look forward to many more. Love you.
