3PM NEWS UPDATE Orange Uganda Buganda Road court magistrate Simon Zirintuusa has adjourned the fraud case involving city businessman Desh Kananura, to February 24. prosecution alledges that in December last year kananura falsely obtained 350m shillings from sulaait ssemakula of ssema properties to supply him with a grader.Magistrate Zirintuusa therefore adjourned the case on grounds that witnesses were not in court.
