3RD TRY TO KEEP YOLANDA VICTIMS AWAY FROM POPE FRANCIS! I sincerely hope this is not another rdeperate attempt by the PNoy government to discourage the people, especially victims of super typhoon ‘Yolanda,’ from welcoming Pope Francis when he visits Tacloban City in Leyte on Jan. 17. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) says rains which will be brought about by a low pressure area (LPA) can be expected over the Visayas during the Pope’s visit there. I find this HIGHLY-SUSPICIOUS because first and foremost, it’s still ONE WEEK before the Pope flies to Tacloban. And yet, PAGASA is already issuing this forecast. Despite the fact hat in the case of other LPAs, they readily say that it’s still too far to affect the country if it’s still days before its effects can be felt anywhere. Second: This is the THIRD TIME that the PNoy government has come with a scenario that can discourage the people from welcoming Pope Francis in Tacloban. First was the supposed need to immediately shut down the Tacloban City airport for urgent repairs and the like. After that, media reported plans to move ‘Yolanda’ survivors to new locations which were far form the Pope’s route or itinerary. Both man-made scenarios. Now, supposed forthcoming rains. KEEP IN MIND, ladies and gentlemen, rains may not be man-made by nature but there are ways to make it fall, like cloud-seeding.. And ONLY those who will perform the cloud seeding WILL KINOW that it had been done., NO ONE ELSE!. Kaya’t sa mga kababayan natin sa Tacloban, lalo na ang mga biktima ni ‘Yolanda,’ at iba pang lugar sa Visayas, UMULAN MAN o HINDI AY SALUBUNGIN NINYO si Pope Francis. Maghanda o bumili na klayo ngayon pa lang ng mga payong at kapote. IPAKITA NINYONG LAHAT, hindi lamang sa PNoy government kundi sa BUONG MUNDO, na HINDI KAYO MAPIPIGILAN NINUMAN O NG ANUMAN upang salubungin si Pope Francis at MAIPAKITA SA KANIYA ANG TUNAY NA SITWASYON sa inyong kinalalagyan. 30
