3rd Wheel News We have received a final word from the Idaho Liquor Control Board Idaho State law states that under the license of a bar even if all Liquor, Beer, Wine & Sprits are locked up or even removed from the premises it is still illegal for minors to occupy a building licensed as a bar for any reason! There for 3rd Wheel cannot host any all age shows as we had hoped to. Also Performers in a bar must be 18 years of age or older all minors must be escorted from the door to the stage and on stage during the performance and immediately escorted out the door after the performance! Below is a paragraph from the Idaho Liquor Board Q&A Question: What are some of the exceptions allowing minors to be in bars? Answer: Servers or bartenders at least 19 years of age are allowed in bars during the course of their employment. Singers and musicians at least 18 years of age are allowed in bars only during the course of their employment. With my personal goal to help build a strong healthy music scene in the LC Valley & encourage youth to express their art and talent this is quite a blow to my plan. However it is my hope that promoters Like Jesse Economen, Tony Trujillo & Kyle Tostnrude continue to carry the torch promoting and hosting all age shows in Idaho at non-bar settings. I am also hoping these gentlemen are open to do some combo shows with 3rd Wheel Thank everyone for their patents and support during this discovery period and I hope to see all the 21 and over musicians and fans at the exciting season coming up at 3rd Wheel
