4:15pm... Sittin here clickin & clackin away at the keyboard on this laptop. Looking at my To Do List and my agenda and realizing that I havent even put a dent into the work load piled up on me. Not only that, but updating an event for next Saturday with my lil Young American Dreamers where well try to start raising up $4 Million to build the sidewalk for Tenoroc High School seeing that our county commissioners said No. Well, Commissioners Smith & Hall said Yes but they didnt win. Anyhow, as I update that event, I also see so many other events that Ive missed. Im still upset at myself for having missed my lil brothers birthday bash, and now I also missed my big brothers birthday party too. So Antavio Johnson & Hector Estrada, Im sorry to both of yall. Real talk. I just had unexpected things pop up, then I got caught up in handling them. Like I was talking to Trigger Vasquez & R7ddler the other day, we just need to make one day to get together and do a cook out and put up a sign that says No phones allowed. I know I get onto everybody about making sure they get their rest, but I never take my own advice. Ive learned to survive off granola bars and power naps. I know lots of people who say im killin myself, but those who know me, know that I just laugh that off. Ive made it past 25 which is the street statistic for gang related men. I made it past 30 which doctors said that I wouldnt. Im fixin to hit 32, so the way i see it, Ive beat the odds. Im satisfied with what ive done with this time ive had. I aint kickin in Deaths door, but I aint scared to hang out on its porch or knock. LOL. Well im grinding hard now, but hopefully within the next year, everything will get to the point where I can slow things down and relax some. So yes, I have goals, and Im working my way there. Im aware that Ive missed out on friends, cut love out my life, & sacrificed my rest, but I have faith that itll all work itself out in the long run. I can honestly say Ive given it all I got. All I say, is I hope that all yall homies know I love yall...
