4.3 quake again shook Doda and Bhaderwah . BHADERWAH Sept 3 :- One more Fresh tremor of mild intensity on 1.37 PM again shook Bhaderwah valley and adjoining areas, triggering fresh panic among the people. There is no immediate report of any casualty nor injury due to the tremor that shook Bhaderwah valley and adjoining areas , stricken and people rushed out of their houses for shelter. with their children in the open sky and spent about two hours in the open. A tremor measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale was recorded at 12.25 PM on May 1 and after that some low and mild intensity aftershocks continued till date in Bhaderwah, Doda and Kishtwar areas of the state. As per official reports about hundreds of buildings including schools, hospitals, Govt buildings and private houses suffered damaged in Bhaderwah belt but as per the reliable sources the number of the damaged houses is very high. The important buildings which suffered major damages in Bhaderwah included All India radio building Bhaderwah, Bhaderwah Development Authority Building which was on rent basis,New SDH hospital building at Dandi, Govt.Girls Hr Sec School bhaderwah, Tourist Complex at Dandi, Tourist reception centre at Sarna etc and other private buildings. About 89 mild and low intensity tremors being felt after165 days of the earthquake , Abid Malik our house located in Qilla Mohalla which is totally damaged and we are terrified to stay inside our cracked homes, and no relief has been given by the local administration till date. An other a local Hans Raj of village Kholra of tehsil Bhaderwah said that due to the continue low and mild intensity tremors the cracks of the house are enlarging and we are terrified to enter our homes, and we are cooking our food in the open just like nomads, but till date no relief from the local administration has been provided to our village.
