4.5 miles today. On track to hit 6.0 on Jul 14. Almost didnt finish. Lonestars song, Amazed came on the radio. Listening to this song reminded me of how I felt about Kat every day of my life since that first football game we sat together in 1972. Who ever would have thought our life together would end 350 days ago so suddenly. Tears started to form, then a strange thing happened. Though Lonestar was singing the song, I heard Kats voice singing to me. After everything I have done in this last year to honor her, and our life together, I was not about to let her down now, and practically flew through the rest of the workout. To punctuate the message, George QueenJr sent me a few sunrise pics from Virginia Beach a few minutes later.
