4 Accused declared to be hanged till death. Mean while a street junk caught while harassing and snatching chain and handbag from a girl, near Rajendra Nagar. Where are we leading to? Its not the civilization, we want our-self to be a part off. I appeal to all walking souls and denizens of Jsr, try not to entertain such inhuman acts, be it done by a minor or a major, its we who need to act, its we who can bring the change.
