Septarians are grounding and help with overall health. They were formed over 50 million years ago when dead sea life became chemically attracted to the mud around it. As the ocean receded, the mud balls started to dry up and crack. Decomposed shells started to get into the cracks, thus forming Calcite crystals. The outer thin walls of the Calcite transformed into Aragonite. #jchan
