4 Things Your Conversation Needs 1. Your Conversation Needs An Interested Party. Never talk to the disinterested. Never talk to the uncaring. Do not address the non-listener. Even Jesus would be silent when He was in the presence of the unconcerned, the disinterested, the disrespectful. He instructed His disciples to be very careful where they planted their presence. Go Where You Are Celebrated Instead of Where You Are Tolerated. Your conversation needs an interested person who wants to hear what you have to say. Someone who wants to learn from you. Someone who wants to help you. Someone who wants to impart into you or receive your impartation. I do not stay in conversations with non-learners, non-listeners, abusers, the non-seeker. I do not try to sell a map to somebody who does not know they are lost.
