4 Tips for Success! Consistency The real secret to your success when it comes to achieving amazing results with your diet is consistency! You can have the best diet in the world but if you do not follow it day in and day out you will never get the results you want. Remove Temptations It has in fact been proven that if you do not have something easily available to eat when a craving hits, you are 80% more likely to resist that craving and not eat badly. Remove anything in your house that is unhealthy and that could temp you to eat badly. Fight Discouragement Many people go into a self-pity mode when something like this happens: “Oh I just had a bad meal. My whole diet is messed up. I might as well continue eating badly for the rest of the day…” If you are eating healthy and something like this happens to you once a month or every now and then, it won’t have much of an effect on you over results unless you slip completely. Be Prepared You have to make things easy for yourself if you want to succeed. You need to have a plan! From what meals you are going to eat tomorrow to getting those meals all ready to go. Get prepared and get a plan for your diet the same way you have a plan and you are prepared before you go to the gym to do your workouts!
