4-day trip to Sundarbans with Wildbangla tourism (Bird and Dolphin Watching Tour): year round Travel plan for tourist from Dhaka to Khulna: Night train or bus trip from Dhaka to Khulna, or evening flight from Dhaka to Jessore then shuttle journey to Khulna. Overnight stay at Hotel in Khulna. Day 1. Early in the morning Rickshaw journey to our Boat at Jailkhana Ghat Khulna. Upon arrival of all guests, we will start cruising south towards Sundarbans. Break first on board then Tea-snacks-lunch-snacks-dinner accordingly until the end of trip. Following the formalities at the forest station office at the beginning of Sundarbans cruising will continue to the southern part of Eastern Sundarban Reserve Forest to reach the Kotka point close to the coast at the late afternoon/evening. If time permit we will offer some activities in the forest or in a narrow creek. Overnight on board. Day 2. Shortly After sunrise we will invite you to explore the narrow cricks with a small wooden country boat (dingy) allowing a close look at the mangrove fauna and flora. Upon return to the mother boat and having breakfast we will offer you an easy trek to the pristine beach facing south to the Bay of Bengal through the mangroves. You can take sun bath, swim in the bay, and playing football at the beach. We will come back to the boat and having leisurely lunch at 1:00-2:00 PM. On afternoon we will offer you to jungle walk through the forest trail which occupied by deer’s, wild bores and plenty of birds etc. We will back to the boat in the evening. Depending on the tidal condition the boat will start cruising to Kochikhali by evening or early in the morning. Overnight onboard at a convenient place in ESRF. Day 3. At early in the morning the boat will start cruising to Kochikhali for two hour while you can enjoy bird watching, and other wild flora and fauna. After breakfast, we will offer you to explore the narrow cricks with a small wooden country boat (dingi) or we will offer you activities according to your interest like playing football at beach, walking through grassland occupied by deer’s, wild bores etc to the south of Kochikhali forest office. At the midday, the boat will start journey northward to Khulna. Overnight onboard at a convenient place at the northern part of ESRF (between Tambulbunia and Chandpai). Day 4. Early in the morning we will offer you to explore another narrow crick or a visit Karamjal Crocodile and Dear Breeding center. Then the boat will resume back its journey to Khulna after finishing the visit to narrow creek or karamjal. Disembark at afternoon/evening. You will then return to Dhaka by night bus/train or evening flight. We offer the package for 4-6 persons only. Total expense for this Sundarbans trip is 90,000 BDT for the 6 person of Bangladeshi tourist or 130,000 BDT for the 6 person of foreign tourist (excluding bus fair/plain fair/hotel stay). The cost of the trip can be varying for the number of the tourist and the season. For the small number of tourist package, the cost will be little low than this offer. The charge of the trip can be deductible if it cruise in the off pick season. The full trip will cover accommodation on board, all meals, tea, snacks etc from the beginning of journey from Khulna to the end. Bus or flight arrangement can be provide by the tourism company depending on advance request. Note: We will request you to carry minimum luggage such as suitable cloths, towel, binocular, field guides, torch, camera, umbrella, sun tan lotion, walking shoes/sandals, swimming gear, reading materials, game boards etc. Please note that all activities during trip are depending on weather conditions (fog, rain, storm, and any other problems). We will not responsible if the flight delayed or cancelled but we will do our best to make your journey comfortable and joyful. We some time may have to cruise at late into the night to make up the lost time. After booking if you want to cancel the trip, you will have to pay cancellation fee (30% of the offered rate).
