4 held for allegedly raping 11th class student at Bhaderwah Thathri links ............... ............. ............... ... ............... ..........: A 17 year old girl was allegedly raped by four persons at Bhaderwah in Doda district while she was on her way to pay fee to her tutor. As per the details available with Early Times, the victim, a student of 11th class, was allegedly taken into room by the main accused and others where she was allegedly raped. After committing the crime, the accused abandoned the girl who later approached Bhaderwah police station and recorded her statement. On the basis of statement recorded by the victim, police registered a case under FIR No 126/2014 and section 376 RPC and arrested all accused. Police sources identified the accused as Shahid Aalam, s/o Nayeem Din R/o Patna Phalwari, Nazir S/o Udesh Ahmed R/o Patna Phalwari, Manzoor Ahmed S/o Abdul Rashid Wani R/o Killa Mohalla Bhaderwah and Farhan Qayoom S/o Abdul Qayoom R/o Passari Bhaderwah. After arrest of the accused, police started its investigation and got the medical examination of the victim conducted at District Hospital Doda. The victim will be produced in court tomorrow for recording of statement under section 164 Cr.Pc.
