Add scallops and stir around and let sit for 30 minutes. Microwave bacon for approx 2 minute until partially cooked. Wrap a slice of bacon around a scallop and secure with a toothpick. Place scallops on a wired tray and spoon lemon/ginger mixture over each scallop. Place scallops under grill for 2 ½ minutes each side.
