4 years, 7 hours and 8 minutes ago today, The Sidman Law Firm, LLC (sidmanlaw) opened its doors for business. It still is truly difficult to fathom. As I said last year at this time, the entire experience is at once rewarding and fulfilling and, at times, in the words of Cameron Crowe, an up-at-dawn, pride-swallowing siege that I will never fully tell you about.... As for my now Senior Associate, Mackenzie Lewis, Ill tell you this: she remains a rock star who makes my life easier and our clients lives better -- an attorney of quiet confidence and deep insight who arrived well ahead of even my irrationally high expectations. As always, though, foremost in my mind is the support, loyalty, encouragement and, indeed, the understanding of the clients that define us, and the families and friends that support us, most especially Lauren, Emma and Olivia: you are the reasons I still get up and try to fight the good fight every day. And for that, I cannot thank you enough. Heres to another yet another year to try to get it right. Onward. Forward. Upward. Steven
