4 years ago today Josh Patterson was home on leave from Iraq and we were patiently waiting on our little boy to arrive. I was induced at 8am and was in active labor for 27 hours and only dilated to 2cm! It was a very tiring and not looking to good. Ryders heart rate kept dropping with every push of pitocin and once I got my epidural it plummeted! We were scared to death! I was rushed into an Emergency C-Section on April 2nd and he was born at 9:27am. After Ryder was born it took him 4min to breath. Another scare. I am so thankful God has blessed us with our little miracle! We thought we were going to have an April Fools baby but he sure did FOOL US! We cant wait to celebrate his 4th birthday tomorrow!
