It was cherished beyond food, water, or even air. The stones were found upon the beach by Diana herself. They had washed up and were relics from another time, another Era, another civilization sunk beneath the oceans long ago. One christened by the same shower of light, the same ring of photons, as the dawning New Era of Aquarius. That civilization was Atlantis. No one knew this exactly. The Universe wanted it precisely that way. It was enough for the women to know only this: These magic stones radiated a sparkling blue light, one inexplicable by science or ordinary logic, and it matched the light once given to their luminescent eyes.
