Many people are not angry at this, ADB comes as a hero to help save the planet while contributing to slower overall traffic nationwide by adding 100,000 new tricycles, taxes to increase both for the daily electrical charges of so many e-trikes and for the unit purchase. People tend to blame corruption only in implementation of policies. People do not look at corruption of policies itself. That is, even if a project has zero corruption, zero robbery in its implementation, but when the project should have never been done in the first place, the corruption in policy is much much bigger than corruption and robbery in the implementation of certain projects.
