4000 sqft (50x80) BDA plot in RMV extension costs just Rs 20 lakhs (rs 500 / sqft) ??? Dont ask me can I buy it.... But this is what an clean MP candidate has declared as the current value of a prime property situated in one of the prestigious/expensive extensions in Bengaluru. This property is worth of at-least 4 crores. Even plots in Bidadi (which is 35 kms away from Bengaluru) are priced more than rs 500 psft..
