#4007 I cannot express how frustrated I am right now. I feel like I have worked really hard to garner respect from my teammates, especially this year. Lots of positive pump-ups, careful not to overstep boundaries, and always being open minded. But I swear if an idea can be traced back to me in any form, my team will pull out the big red NOPE stamp. Whats more frustrating is the fact that people the same age as I am have been rude and mean despite the fact that I was nominated a captain this year. I just want a cohesive team that is open-minded! I want nothing more than for each and every member of my team to succeed, but ego like that is not tolerable. We need to build each other up, not tear each other down. We need to make new ideas! Not criticize without alternatives or justification.
