40KAS officers shuffled as 28get Time Scale => The Government has assigned the charge of Time Scale /equivalent level posts of KAS to 28officers of the departmental feeding services and consequent upon these promotions, transfer and posting of 40 officers is affected with immediate affect. Secretary CAPD, is posted as Project Officer, Self Employment, Ramban, vice Bharat Singh who is posted as Dy. Secretary Finance Department. Deep Raj,Dy.
