40kg row for 10 aside, I personally dont loose much strength when I prep / diet, having a better day today regarding how Im looking but its been very up & down & thats been hard on my headspace. Photos on the left were just now, photos on right were 48 hours before. Ive accepted Im doing my best & if Im not happy I wont get on stage & will watch the show Im planning on doing, do photo shoots & enjoy a holiday & training. Obviously itd be disappointing if it comes to that but Im also past the point of loosing sight of health for a show so what will be will be at the end of November. Show or no show I train and challenge myself out of passion & I couldnt be training any harder. You can learn from everything good, bad, rewarding & frustrating situations & I love learning so no regrets here & I cant wait for 18 days time when Ill be heading to Venice & staying right on the Venice Beach Boardwalk, training at golds, seeing friends, feeling grateful & loving my life :)
