432hz is the natural tone (frequency) for the universe... why we are using 440hz to tune our music is considered a conspiracy. Regardless of conspiracy theories, I have found that this frequency is extremely uplifting. You can youtube search some of your favorite songs in 432hz and I bet you would feel even more love for that song. I use it especially for meditation and have felt more peace since Ive been doing it. So for all you people out there who say you dont know how to meditate, I strongly suggest you put this song on, get comfortable, close your eyes and listen to the music and let it clear your mind for you! If it has made countless people change their lives for the better then isnt it worth a try? even if you are already happy, what could it hurt? (this is my favorite song to meditate to so far!)
