46 U.S. Senators voted to give control of our 2nd Amendment Constitutional Rights to the U.N., the same organization that is welcoming Hamid Aboutalebi, who participated in the 1979 seizure of the U.S. Embassy in Tehran, as Iran’s next representative to the United Nations. If youre too young to remember or your government school history book didnt cover the terror, Aboutalebi was a member of the Muslim Students following the Imam’s Line, the group that seized the U.S. Embassy on November 4, 1979 and held American diplomats hostage for 444 days. This hostage crisis advanced Ayatollah Khomeini’s Islamist extremist agenda and helped his followers consolidate control over the embryonic Islamic Republic. How could ANY representative of the American people think that putting the U.N. in charge of our Constitutional rights is a good idea? Heres the list of all 46, including Floridas own Bill Nelson.
