The bird is solid brass and was finished with Swellegant for a rusty finish. I chose to use tone on tone with this piece and included these same hues in the polymer beads and glass pearls that finish the asymmetric chain. I probably enjoyed making this piece more than any that Ive done in the last couple of years! Sure to be a conversation piece...and a favorite! Overall length is 24 inches but can be easily re-sized to your order.
