48 seconds it took me to run from my balcony bar that we just closed to the balcony to see this girl laid out in the middle of the street. 8 minutes for the first cop to show up, after having 2 civilians doing continuous CPR on her. 9 minutes the cop tries to chase the perp but is so out of shape decides to turn around and come back to the scene and finally call it in. 11 minutes 2 other cops show up in cars. Now theres one girl on the side of our building with one of our door guys (Seargent in the marine corps) holding this girls jaw in his hand because her teeth are blown out; his natural reaction. 22 minutes the first EMT SUV shows up 36 minutes for the first ambulance 39 minutes we finally have 3 ambulances there 48 minutes everything gets taped off 70 minutes its taped off 2 blocks both ways in bourbon and 1 way north south. I personally watched this girl get zipped in a body bag and lifted away. A scene guarded by many but I watched on my balcony. I dare somebody to test my sayings.
