4Star Mid week check!! Each week that goes by, is a week that we should focus on to get better. A lot of us want to be healthier or make it right get it tight, however......have you ever stopped to think about what it takes to makes those goals happen??? We automatically think oh yes, exercise more, do this and that but we never seem to think about the sacrifice(s) that will have to be made, meaning giving up some things that have been holding you back. If you arent willing to make those sacrifices, two things can potentially happen.... 1) your process of reaching your goal will be very long OR 2) you just wont get there because you wont break those barriers. HOW ARE YOU FOCUSING ON YOUR WEEK? ARE YOU MAKING THE NECESSARY SACRIFICES THAT CAN HELP REACH YOUR GOAL(S)??
