#4am #Squat session. Here still steady working on my depth cause it but hips are opening up more and more with each workout. Strength work today starting with 5x8 at 65% (320lbs). These training blocks are a pride tester cause I always wanna just this weight on especially when other #DBs roll through lol but gotta check the ego at the door and work thorough my proper progression. Avg weight this week is 208.7 lbs. my approx #macros are 320-350c 65-70f 165-185p. I read hey study that suggested the optimal amount of protein is around .70 g per pound. Theres a lot of different date out there but I figured Id bring my protein down to allow myself more calories from carbs and fat and see how my body responds as far as my overall body composition.
