4th YOUTH FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT Click the link to watch this (and many other) TV news stories: pattayapeople/Sports-News/YOUTH-FOOTBALL-TOURNAMENT_1211201409 The Planet Football Stadium in East Pattaya was the venue for a popular yearly event, the Youth Football Tournament held by The Perfume House. This was the 4th year for the tournament to be held, and this time it was certainly bigger and better than all previous years. Several youth football teams from around Chonburi and surrounding areas came down to compete in this exciting tournament which was split into a total of 3 groups; under 9s, under 11s and under 13s. The matches started in the early morning and many fans and supporters came along to cheer on their favourite teams. All footballers played extremely well, and the top 3 winning teams of each group were rewarded with cash prizes, medals and cups. Extra rewards were also given to the best players of the tournament and top scorers. An exciting auction was also held with some football t-shirts signed by famous footballers up for grabs, and all funds raised throughout the tournament will be donated to the Father Ray Foundation.
