4th amendment The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Make sure you always tell the police.. I DO NOT CONSENT TO THIS SEARCH verbally. This forces them during a trial to prove that they had probable cause to search you, your vehicle or your house. If they can not prove this, then the evidence they found is thrown out. If you use Cannabis, one if the most important things you can do is rehearse what you will do and what you will say when confronted with the police.
