5/15/14 Strength: Clean & Jerk Ladder •1 Rep Every Minute on the Minute •Starting Weight is 115/75 adding 5lbs each minute •Keep moving up until you reach 185/135 or if you fail at a lower weight •If you fail then drop 20lbs and at the next min. perform 1 Min AMRAP at weight. •If you make it to 185/135 then at the next min. perform 1 Min AMRAP 185/135 •If your max is within 20lbs of the given start weight then you will start at 75/45 WOD: 3 Rounds 30 Double Unders 15 Wall Ball 20/14 200M Run w/ Med Ball 20/14 •Each Round once you pick up the Med Ball to start Wall Balls it is not allowed to touch the ground again until back from 200M Run. Everytime the Ball hits the ground you must do 5 Burpees before continuing WOD.
