5:15-6:30am is MY time. I get up, take my E&E for a tough workout, read a little, answer questions in my challenge groups while its kicking in, and push play. Its dark, sometimes my form is off, sometimes, I need to practice more, and I ALWAYS enjoy the way I feel at the end. Here are a few PiYo moves from this morning: plank-side kicks, crouching pushups, downdog-type pushups, and finally, childs pose ❤️
