5:28 to the end is the show in performance instead of rehearsal (two runs before were either percussion only or a sound check), starting with Gabes (our guitarist/narrator) awesome sound check. ;-) First run without the gock. We had more drill to do as well, but it was too much to get together in ensemble that day with the gig we played for all the Principals in VBCPS. Props are done, Gabes costume is nearly done... first competition, Cavalier Classic: Drums along the Boulevard, is Sept. 20 and youll see all the show flags, the guard in costume, and more than likely the whole show on the field! 63 FMC, 30 of which are freshmen... its going to be an exciting year with a COOL show!!!
