5:30 am...still no sleep... in terrible pain... stiff neck, migraine and teeth/mouth/gum pain... gargling whiskey to numb my mouth is now making me nauseated. pain meds are not working ....i wear a high dose pain patch , plus dilaudid 4mg 5xs daily everyday.... the two strongest narcotics on the market , in the US anyway and its not touching the mouth pain (kinda scary)....not sure what to do now until i can get to the dentist ....waiting on new insurance to kick in . any suggestions for mouth pain ....greatly appreciated...like i said ...using whiskey to numb, have also used Kanka, Ambesol....etc
