5,500 people attended the event with Prem Rawat at the Wembley Arena in London, England yesterday (June 29) to listen to a message that touches hearts. The largest by far of the current series of European events, this was the culmination of peace awareness efforts in many parts of the UK during the past year, including the Peace Education Programs (PEP) developed by WOPG partner TPRF. As she welcomed everyone, the MC mentioned that she had attended her first WOPG Time for Peace event just a few weeks ago at the Las Palmas Festival. Prem Rawat began his talk by reading some quotes, including: You have the power to write your own story Silent and listen have the same letters He explained that the quotes he was reading were sent to him by prison inmates attending and enjoying the Peace Education Program. He expanded on the quotes asking the question: Do we know that we have the power to write our own stories? Post-event comments indicated that people had enjoyed the message. One person said that it was like poetry in motion. The Peace Education Program area in the lobby was very busy afterwards with people wanting to know more about this initiative. The attendees left Wembley in the warmth of a beautiful English summer sunset. If you didnt have the chance to attend this Wembley event, its still not too late to join the Audio Tour, which provides complete audio files of Prem Rawats talks within 48 hours of the event.
