5. All Disciples are to be Trained, Equipped, Activated and Released to continue this cycle (that is 1-4 above) within their spheres of influence according to the Grace, Calling and Gifts of the Holy Spirit at work in them. This calls for a paradigm of empowerment of ALL saints who are part of any true Christian Ministry. Only leaders who are loyal to Christ and secure in themselves get to obey the explicit command of scripture which captures the essence of true Kingdom leadership. Ephesians 4:11-16 King James Version (KJV) 11And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: 16From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. Majority of ministers prefer to give milk to saints so that they get accustomed to their voices and ideas. Some ministers dare to give meat to the saints. Very few however have discovered that empowerment does not diminish but rather enhances ministry. By Apostle George
