5 Graduate Roles with Keep Britain Tidy here in Liverpool. Engagement Officers (x 4) and Team Leader (x 1) £8.30 per hour / £9.30 per hour (for the Team Leader) Waste Watch (part of Keep Britain Tidy) is looking for four Engagement Officers and one Team Leader from Monday 4 November 2013, to support the introduction of managed weekly collections in Liverpool. The work will largely involve targeted doorstepping – engaging with households who have concerns about managed weekly collections and/or are not using the new service correctly, and therefore require one to one advice, support and encouragement on the doorstep. Thus, while the five members of staff will operate out of the Moorgate Point Depot, they will be required to work across the city using vehicles provided by Amey. The Team Leader will split their time between project management and engaging with residents alongside the other Engagement Officers. Three of the four Engagement Officer positions and the team Leader position are for a period of 13 weeks. The fourth Engagement Officer position is for six weeks and will largely involve working alongside Amey’s refuse and recycling crews to tackle any householder issues with managed weekly collections on the spot.
