Minneapolis, MN: The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has directed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to extend the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP 2.0) for two additional years. The program was to expire at the close of 2013, but has been extended through December 31, 2015.
