(just shake out arms if needed) 8 sets of 10 Squats on Smith Machine or Real Bar Squats 45sec rest b/w 4 sets of 12 Weighted Step ups on bench -- Superset with single leg squats 10 reps 4 sets 30 Hack Squat superset straight leg dead lifts 12 reps 4 sets 8 Single leg Dead lifts Superset Standing leg curl 12 reps superset Walking side lunges 10 total AND that is why I am SORE!!!
