Admin Exec@River Valley Responsibilities Job Objectives: To perform a variety of centralised admin function/support including procurement of office assets, maintenance, travel arrangement, branding, perform reception duties (if necessary) & any other ad hoc administration tasks. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Manage and execute travels & hotels arrangement Manage expatriates leasing Manage relocation of employees & equipments such as assignment of keys, updating of floor plans, emergency escape path, etc. Establish and maintain SOPs database Support & coordinate office and maintenance contracts/leases including office equipment & insurances. Support & coordinate in office renovation projects. Set up of workstation for new hires and/or replacements. Support & coordinate office moves, new leases, reinstatement and acquisition, manage and disposal of office assets as needed. Provide support for work safety related duties Sourcing & evaluate vendors for office supplies & equipment. Support & coordinate and/or set-up off/on-site meetings Provide system support for the department such as issuing of PR, Payment Voucher, Vendor Registration, etc • Support reception duties when necessary • Generate and update reports & any other adhoc duties as assigned.
