5 minute ice cream: add 5oz whole milk, 2oz sugar & 1tsp vanilla to a quart ziplock bag. Push air out of bag. Seal the bag. Put this bag into a gallon ziplock and add 4 cups of ice and half cup table salt. Push air out of bag. Seal bag. Turn bag over and over on a table for five minutes. Then remove inner bag. Rinse bag with water to remove salt. Open small bag and consume the heavenly product. At NJIT.
