5 months and 4 days ago I had my weight loss surgery. My starting weight was 298 pounds, with a 46 inch waist. This morning I weigh 218 pounds with a 34 inch waist!! I am no longer diabedic,need my asthma meds, have high blood pressure and within the next few months I will no longer need my c-pap machine to help me breathe at night. I feel amazing.
