5 months remain in the transformative eco-social leadership training program Im in. Learning so much and stoked to bring it back to Chico and beyond! Friends and family keep telling me how much Ive grown since I started, and Im excited to collaborate with Butte College AS Sustainability to bring Relational Education to Butte College and to our Chico community! A big piece Im diving into is learning how to use the 8-Shields Mentoring Model. My intentions are to embody and integrate my trainings at Butte College, and with friends and cohorts in Chico to cultivate a stronger fabric of community as well as doing some culture repair.
