5 plyopushups,5 leg tap pushups then 10 regular pushups with 1 min rest in between sets and i did 5 sets of this insane workout.lol. it targets your chest,arms,core and abs. I make alot of my workouts multijoint workouts because the more muscles you work the greater the fat burn because muscle,not cardio burns fat. Cardio helps you get into a caloric defeceit and kick start your metabolism while muscle helps to burn fat AND calories and continues to keep your metabolism revd up.
