5 reasons your overweight. 1. You do not eat meat for breakfast! I cant eat meat frank thats vile. Ok then be fat for life and leave now, Is always my advice to clients. If you want to put your body in fat burning zone all day and stop cravings junk. MEAT for breakfast. 2. You drink diet drinks! The body only needs one fat burning natural drink. WATER! Drink 3 litres a day without any juice for flavour. 3. Your diet is to heavy in gluten and sugar. Bread, pasta, biscuits, pastries, pizza, cereal, cake. Stick to principe 3 meals a day each with meat and veg and keep carbs to one meal a day from rice and potatoes. 4. You do not work hard with exercise. Exercise Is not meant to be fun and not hurt. Its meant to hurt its meant to challenge you. But remember if your diet is poor exercise makes your body stressed, store fat and zaps energy from you and is only making you fatter. 5. You ignore all of this! I have members who sign up desperate to change and lose weight. Who then never even bother after paying to log in to the website to read the rulebook, watch the videos. Nobody is going to wipe your arse for you. If your fed up feeling how you feel guess what you have to take action to change it! #frankpersonaltraining
