One of Canada’s most well-known advocates for victims of terrorist attacks, Maureen Basnicki, will also be on hand. Mulcair in the hot seat: NDP Leader Thomas Mulcair will face a two-hour grilling starting at 11 a.m. ET. Both the Conservatives and the Liberals have accused the NDP of misusing Parliamentary resources for partisan purposes.
