And to round out the first block … Justin Bieber turned himself in to Toronto police to face an assault charge stemming from a Dec. 30, 2013 incident. Police allege an altercation broke out inside a limo after the driver picked up Bieber and a group of people from a downtown Toronto nightclub. The driver was allegedly struck in the back of the head several times. He got out and called police, but the suspect was gone by the time officers arrived. Arrangements were made for Bieber to turn himself in Wednesday around 7:30 p.m. ET. He managed to sneak out of the police station about two hours later, undetected by a throng of reporters and fans. He gets a Valentine’s Day court date.
